Numerous criminal justice-related agencies from across the United States united Thursday at West Virginia State University to talk over job prospects for students.
Twenty police agencies and representatives from criminal justice-related employers took part in a criminal justice fair. The recruiters talked to students about job opportunities at their departments and gave them perspective about what it’s like to work in their respective fields.
Organizers said it was a great opportunity to open students’ eyes about the career world. Officers from as far away as North Carolina and Maryland were at the fair.
