A fugitive included Tuesday on the "Fugitive Files" on Eyewitness News has been captured.
Charles Brown III, also known as Chucky, was being sought on a felony child abuse resulting in injury charge.
Charleston police say he punched, kicked and put a boy in a choke hold. Brown, whose last known address was in Charleston, also allegedly beat the boy with a belt, causing bruises on his arms and legs.
