Several employees raised their sleeves on Monday for the influenza vaccine. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said getting a flu shot is the best way to prevent getting the flu.
If you are still thinking about getting a flu shot, you better do it soon. Doctors say it's best to get the vaccine before November since the flu season may begin as early as October and last until May.
