The Salvation Army Christmas applications are being taken from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. through Friday in Putnam County.
Applications are being accepted at the Teays Valley Church of the Nazarene at 3973 Teays Valley Road in Teays, according to a news release from The Salvation Army.
The following documents will be required: personal photo identification; birth dates of all family members (birth certificate, medical card, etc.); proof of all dependents; proof of income and expenses or current letter for food stamps; and three toy choices ($25 limit each).
