A fugitive from Cleveland, Ohio, sought for felonious assault and other charges was arrested by a Kanawha County sheriff’s deputy in Loudendale.
Erin Hess, 28, was arrested Thursday afternoon after Sgt. J.H. Thaxton acted on a tip and searched for the suspect on Gator Lane, according to a news release from the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office.
The suspect was located and was arrested without incident, the release said. She was wanted in Cleveland on one count of felonious assault, two counts of grand theft motor vehicle and two counts of criminal damaging.
He was taken to the South Central Regional Jail, where she is awaiting extradition.
