A nationally known financial educator spoke to high school students in Kanawha County Tuesday morning.
Chad Foster is visiting as part of a series of high school money conferences. He addressed students at Capital High School and Riverside High School.
Foster is a former entrepreneur who sold ground-up tires to the McDonald's fast food chain to be used on its playground.
"I'm not sure there's any subject more important than money," said Foster.
West Virginia State Treasurer John Perdue also attended the event.
