Business owners and future entrepreneurs got together on Tuesday to better hone their skills.
A workshop on "Business Fundamentals" was held at the Kanawha Valley Community and Technical College in South Charleston. The workshop is designed to help West Virginia business owners accelerate their potential success by exploring services offered by the state's small business development center.
Information was also provided to those interested in starting up their own business.
"A lot of people have fears about opening a business. This is a great opportunity to get a lot of information if you are interested in starting a business and they find out it is not that difficult," said Business Coach Doug Spaulding.
Entrepreneurs or business owners are encouraged to contact the Weest Virginia Small Business Development Center for one on one coaching sessions.
