A new generator is being installed, and it requires the power to be shut off, according to a news release from the police department. There will be no phone service, and no computers will up and running.
St. Albans Police advise to call Metro Communications at 304-357-0191 or 304-348-8111 if you wish to speak to an officer. Ask for the St. Albans Police Department dispatcher.
