An escaped inmate from the Beckley Correctional Center has been captured.
Jeffrey Aaron Johnson, 32, was located on Monday after he had been reported missing earlier in the day, authorities said.
He is serving a one- to five-year term for receiving and transferring stolen property in Kanawha County.
Authorities are looking for a work-release inmate who is missing from the Beckley Correctional Center.

Johnson is a white male with brown hair and hazel eyes, is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs about 150 pounds. He has multiple scars on the top of his head and tattoos and arm.
Authorities are looking for a vehicle owned by the suspect’s father, a silver 2005 Buick with the license number 6UJ400.
