A South Webster, Ohio, man was sentenced to 14 years in prison after he pleaded guilty to trafficking drugs and other corrupt activities.

William Stuckey, 60, pleaded guilty to the Scioto County Court of Common Pleas, according to a news release from Scioto County, Ohio Prosecutor Mark Kuhn.

Stuckey, along with his girlfriend, Rebecca A. Fargo, 31, and 10 other people were charged in a multi-count indictment. It involved large quantities of oxycodone pills being distributed from Detroit to Scioto County, the news release said. The drugs were packaged and given to dealers in Scioto, Adams and Jackson counties.

Officers of the Southern Ohio Drug Task Force searched a home in March that belonged to Stuckey and Fargo. Police found more than 3,700 oxycodone pills, $17,000 in cash, 39 guns, two vehicles and hundreds of tools and electronics that were stolen or purchased with drug money, the release said. Stuckey forfeited to the state $87,000 that was earmarked by state statute to be used by law enforcement agencies to fight against drug trafficking.

Stuckey pleaded guilty to engaging in a pattern of corrupt activities and three counts of trafficking oxycodone. Fargo pleaded guilty to engaging in a pattern of corrupt activities and two counts of trafficking in oxycodone. Fargo was sentenced to four years, 11 months in prison.

The other 10 people indicted for racketeering are scheduled to plead guilty or are set for trial.
