It was a big day for five individuals in Kanawha County. They join the 28 individuals who graduated from the Kanawha County Adult Drug Court Program.
The ceremony took place today at 3:00pm Thursday afternoon.
Circuit Judge Jennifer Bailey created the adult drug court program in 2009. The program is designed to help participants overcome addictions that have led them to commit crimes.
To all who complete the program, this is second chance.
