CRIMINAL CHARGE ADDED Police Say Suspect Arrested With Gun Now Faces Drug Charge

An arrest has turned into even more charges after the suspects were hauled off to jail.
Braheem Griffin and Curtis Watkins were arrested Tuesday outside of Sistah’s Rib Shack on the West Side. Griffin is accused of shooting three people outside of Sky Lounge.
Police said both men had loaded guns on them, and they said they found crack cocaine hidden within Watkins’ body. He now is charged with possession with the intent to deliver and being a felon in possession of a firearm. Police said Watkins was on federal parole.
