West Virginia National Guardsmen, riders and instructors received a firsthand look at changes in the state's motorcycle safety course.
They learned about some changes in the state's safety classes in Summersville this week.
Riders go through 15 separate drills as part of the required training for bikers.
Even Guardsmen who are grandfathered in with a state motorcycle endorsement on their license have to take the course, Harold Campbell, coordinator for the event, said.
