A man is accused of stabbing a dog and getting in a fight with its owner in Huntington.
Carlos Arvelle Richmond, 29, of Huntington was arrested Sunday and charged with cruelty to animals and domestic battery, according to a complaint filed in Cabell County Magistrate Court.
Richmond is accused of stabbing a dog while at a house in Huntington, court documents said. The documents also state Richmond allegedly got into a fight with the dog's owner.
Richmond is being held at the Western Regional Jail on a $25,000 bond.
