A campaign worker is demanding an apology after he said he was attacked by Attorney General Darrell McGraw.
This video that Eyewitness News obtained from "YouTube" shows footage from the alleged incident Saturday at the Pumpkin Festival parade in Milton. The man was recording McGraw for his opponent, Patrick Morrisey. Morrisey's campaign has been trying to encourage a debate.
McGraw allegedly grabbed the camera after being repeatedly questioned about his stance on President Obama; he claimed he was being set up.
The staffer is asking for an apology from McGraw, saying no one should have to worry about being attacked by another person, especially by a man who has served the public since the 1970s.
Darrell McGraw has not returned our calls for comment on the incident.
