A New York man is behind bars for allegedly shooting a man in Huntington.
The shooting happened in the 1000 block of 17th Street shortly before 11:30pm Friday.
Police say 27-year-old Fransico Puello, of Bronx, shot 22-year-old Larry Webb, of Huntington, several times in the upper body. Webb was taken to the hospital, where he is listed in serious but stable condition.
Officers say it appears Webb was inside his home and went outside after he heard a noise. That's when he got into an argument with a woman. When Webb tried to go back into his house, police say Puello shot him several times.
Officers arrested Puello just three minutes after the shooting while he was attempting to leave the scene. Rodisha Scott and Angela Granger are also charged with accessory after the fact. Granger is also charged with obstructing and has an outstanding charge out of Kanawha County.
