A 30-YEAR TRADITION Greek Festival Set For Last Weekend In September

If you are in the mood for a gyro or another tasty Greek morsel, there is a festival in Huntington that can surely satisfy your appetite.
The 30th annual Greek Festival is set to take place at the St. George Greek Orthodox Church in Huntington and features Greek food, live music and arts and crafts. A variety of Greek pastries, including Baklava sundaes also will be served at the three-day festival.
The annual event kicks off 11 a.m. Sept. 28 and is expected to run until 8 p.m. The festival will then continue from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sept. 29 and 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sept. 30.
The public also is invited to take tours of the church during the festival.
