Detectives with the F.A.D.E. Drug Task Force arrested 15 people and charged them in connection with a drug trafficking pipeline from Detroit to Carter County, Ky., of crack cocaine and heroin.
It happened during an undercover sting operation Wednesday evening, according to a news release from the F.A.D.E. Drug Task Force.
Police arrested Justin L. Evans, 24, Vanessa Gollihue, 20, Beverly Lawson, 53, Edward Cabell, 55, Alicia Czeskleba, 33, James Holbrook, 59, Noah Bunner, 58, Anthony Little, 28, James Sagraves, 43, Michael Sagraves, 21, Dustin Blevins, 23, Robert Parsons, 39, Raymond Sean Evans, 27, Tureen D. Oatis, 29, and Patrick Burton, 25.
The suspects have 37 charges in total against them and further charges could be pending. They are being held at the Carter County Detention Center.
The F.A.D.E. Drug Task Force is comprised of officers from the Flatwoods Police Department, Russell Police Department, Raceland Police Department, Vanceburg Police Department, Olive Hill Police Department and the Carter County Sheriff’s Department.
