The Cabell-Huntington Health Department will offer a free flu shot clinic from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday.
The clinic is available for people who live or work in Cabell County or the city of Huntington. It will be held at the health department located at 703 Seventh Ave. in Huntington. No appointment is necessary.
The flu vaccine is recommended for everyone over 6 months of age. There are no shortages of the vaccine this year.
