The City of Ashland Water Distribution employees are returning to repair a reoccurring leak to a water main, according to a news release from the Ashland Police Department.
The 4300 block of Winchester Avenue on US 23 will be reduced to one lane in the north and southbound lanes while workers repair the leak. The speed limit has been reduced to 25 miles per-hour. Motorists are asked to use caution in the work zone.
The utility repair is expected to last two to three days.
