Two people were jailed after Kanawha County deputies said they discovered meth-making materials during a traffic stop Sunday.
Daniel G. Pauley, 32, of Sissonville and his passenger, Anthony Crithfield, 38, of Kenna were arrested after deputies pulled the pair over on Big Tyler Road in Cross Lanes about noon, deputies aid. The sheriff’s office said a deputy on the scene found that Pauley's license had been revoked for driving under the influence and then discovered several items used to make meth inside the truck.
Both men are charged with attempting to operate a clandestine lab and remain in South Central Regional Jail.
