A woman was hurt when her car plowed into a large rock in the Frame area of Kanawha County Friday morning.
Phyllis Foreman, 63, of Long Ridge lost control of her car on Poca Fork Road for unknown reasons.
Deputies said the rock that heavily damaged the car stopped it from rolling and plunging another 50 feet down a ravine.
