Cabell County Sheriff Tom McComas said deputies have arrested a man who the sheriff said was operating the largest meth lab he has encountered.
Deputies arrested William Martin Jr., 42, of Culloden Thursday and charged him with operating a meth lab.
The home, located in the 2200 block of Fourth Street in Culloden, was searched Aug. 30 and deputies discovered a crawl space, where the lab was found. McComas said the amount of equipment and materials found at the scene was the largest he has seen in Cabell County.
Deputies arrested Heather Hatfield, 36, and Scott Vincent, 44, on Aug.30, but Martin could not be located. Both were charged with operating a meth lab.
