Feats of strength and beauty will be featured at the Charleston Civic Center, as "Cirque Du Soleil Dralion" opens Thursday and runs through Sunday.
The show fuses the 3,000-year-old tradition of chinese acrobatic arts with Cirque Du Soleil's unique artistry.
'Dralion' features the never-ending quest for harmony between humans and nature and draws its name from two iconic images. The dragon symbolizes the east while the lion symbolizes the west.
The show's creators say they've given the element of air, water, fire and earth human form in order to showcase how cultures can blend.
They say "Dralion" strives to show how man and nature can become one and achieve a perfect balance.
