The West Virginia State Police have obtained a search warrant to look at records for three state employees on leave amid a dispute over an advertising contract.
The warrant allows investigators to look at computers, cell phones and the offices of Department of Health and Human Resource officials John Law, Susan Perry and Jennifer Taylor. The three have been on leave since July, after allegedly raising concerns about a department advertising contract.
Tuesday's warrant alleges the three conspired to steer the contract to a particular vendor.
A lawyer for the three says a full investigation will vindicate Law, Perry and Taylor.
