A pro-Barack Obama office has opened in Charleston.
The West Virginia State Office for Campaign for Change is located at the corner of Capitol and Lee streets, next to Delfine's Jewelers.
Over the weekend, Obama volunteers and committee members were calling previous volunteers and asking them to call people to remind them of deadlines for voters’ registration and encourage them to vote in the November election.
