A man was arrested Friday at Little Creek Park in South Charleston after a woman jogging complained that someone was following her in a vehicle and was masturbating, a Metro 911 dispatcher said.
South Charleston police arrested Jason McCord, 20, of Burnsville following the alleged incident. Police said the suspect allegedly followed the woman and got out of his vehicle and continued to expose himself.
McCord was charged with indecent exposure. Police said they also found marijuana on him. He was being held at South Central Regional Jail on $1,250 bond.
