West Virginians living overseas will soon have a faster way of receiving their absentee ballots so they can cast their vote in the upcoming general election.
The state will use technology from Barcelona-based SCYTL for an online ballot system for military members and other voters overseas.
West Virginia used the technology in eight counties under a pilot program during the 2010 election.
