FATAL WRECK Elderly Man Dies In Wreck Near Lucasville

The Ohio Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal accident near Lucasville.
Troopers say 75-year-old Freddie Hayes, Sr. was driving a box truck on State Route 104, near the Briar Patch Convenience Store, when he rear ended the back of a Ford F-150.
The driver of the Ford F-150 and a passenger were taken to a hospital with minor injuries.
Hayes was flown to Cabell Huntington Hospital, where he later died.
A passenger in Hayes' box truck was also taken to the hospital, but is expected to be okay.
