A registered sex offender in Kentucky has been arrested after police said he was using a Facebook account.
Kentucky State Police arrested Mark J. Laber, 48, of Grayson, Ky., a registered sex offender, after receiving a complaint Aug. 29 that he was operating a Facebook account, troopers said.
Laber was charged with being a sex offender using a social network site. He is lodged in the Carter County Detention Center.
