Charleston police are looking for a suspect who stole two bottles of liquor and an employee’s coat at the Rite Aid in Kanawha City.
A suspect told an employee about 1 a.m. Aug. 23 that he had a gun and demanded to be allowed into the pharmacy, according to a news release from the Charleston Police Department. Once the suspect realized the employee didn’t have access to the pharmacy, he threatened the employee with an object that appeared to be a shower rod. He fled the scene with the liquor and another employee’s tan trench coat.
