ELECTION FRAUD SENTENCE Former Lincoln Officials Sentenced In Election Fraud Case

Former Lincoln County sheriff Jerry Bowman and ex-county clerk Donald Whitten were sentenced in federal court in Charleston for their role in election fraud.
Bowman received a year and a day in prison and $5,000 fine. Whitten was sentenced to a year and a half in prison and a $5,000 fine.
U.S. Attorney Booth Goodwin said he will not tolerate election fraud, and his office will pursue anyone who tries to manipulate voting.
