Sheriff’s deputies need your help to catch the person they say broke into a Clay County gas station and made off with cigarettes early Wednesday morning.
A man broke into the Little General Store about 3 a.m. along Clay Highway in Lizemores, according to a news release from the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Department. The suspect entered the store by removing an air conditioning unit, Kanawha County Sheriff’s Deputy T.A. Fouch said.
The suspect is described as about 6 feet tall and was wearing a dark hoodie, possibly a mask, dark pants, gloves and boots at the time of the incident.
