If you just can't decide what to eat and want to try a bunch of great restaurants one night, then save the date for the first annual progressive dinner in the city of Huntington.
The four-course dinner is presented by The Downtown Huntington Partners Inc. and will take place Sept. 27. The event will highlight restaurants in the heart of Huntington while giving diners a chance to sample fixed price meals with chef selected menu items.
Appetizers will be dished out at your choice of one of the following eateries: Tahona Grille, Sip, or Pub & Oven, then enjoy soup and salad at Thai House, MU Hall of Fame Cafe or Max and Erma's, followed by the main course provided by 21 at The Fredrick, Bobby Pruett's Steakhouse or Chef Jason's La Soir Bistro. To end the evening on a sweet note, head on over to the penthouse of Huntington Prime for dessert.
The event kicks off at 5:30 p.m. inside the lobby of the Fredrick Building, where guests will get their "dinner map ticket." Reservations are required, and there are a limited number of tickets available. Tickets cost $35 and can be purchased at Mug & Pia, 939 Third Ave, Bottle & Wedge, Heritage Station #14, and at the Antiques Mall, 926 Fourth Ave.
