Two Ohio men are facing charges after deputies say they acknowledged going on a crime spree and breaking into multiple vehicles.
Joshua Pyles, 31, of New Boston and Dustin Fletcher, 23, of Sciotoville were arrested and charged with more than a dozen counts of theft each, deputies said. Scioto County Sheriff Marty Donini said the vehicle break-ins happened on Simon Miller Road in the Wheelersburg area and in the Ashley Corner, Rosemount, New Boston and Portsmouth areas.
Deputies said they found stolen GPS units and cell phones that were traced back to several victims and traced stolen credit cards back to the suspects.
Both men are set to appear before a magistrate Tuesday and remain in jail on $69,000.
If you have any information about these thefts, call Detective Jodi Conkel of the Scioto County Sheriff's Department at 740-351-1091.
