If you or a family members are members of the military, you have a few days left to check out the Clay Center for free this summer.
All active duty, National Guard and Reserve military personnel and their families can visit the Clay Center museum galleries at no cost now through Labor Day.
Running from Memorial Day through Labor Day, the Blue Star Museums program is a partnership between Blue Star Families, the Department of Defense and the National Endowment for the Arts. The Clay Center joins more than 1,500 museums that are offering free admission to military families this year.
The Clay Center is also offering discounted prices of $2 to planetarium shows and $3 to giant screen films.
More than 300 people have taken advantage of the second-year program - three times the number from last summer, said Clay Center President and CEO Judy Wellington.

The Clay Center museum hours are Wednesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m.
