The Cabell-Wayne Animal Shelter in Huntington is reducing adoption fees for cats and dogs this week as it continues the celebration of National Dog Day.
Sunday, Aug. 26, marked National Dog Day. Thanks to a generous donor, 13 dogs have been sponsored, making their adoption fee just $20 this week, according to the shelter's Facebook page.
The sponsored dogs include Tinker, Buster, Elizabeth, Hulk, Ottis, Asus, Alamo, Bosley, Casandra, Gabriella, Abigail, Lycan, Bubba and Beckner.
