U.S. Rep. Shelley Moore Capito will deliver the keynote remarks Friday at the Charleston Job Corps graduation.
The graduation is scheduled 2:30 p.m., according to a news release from Capito’s office.
Charleston Job Corps is located at 1000 Kennawa Drive.
