All lanes of Interstate 79 near Mink Shoals reopened at 9 a.m. Wednesday after a several-hour shutdown caused by an overturned truck that spilled a load of logs across the interstate, a Metro 911 dispatcher said.
Both northbound and southbound lanes of Interstate 79 just north of Mink Shoals were shut down about 5 a.m. when the accident happened, Kanawha County sheriff’s deputies said.
