A Cabell County man is in jail after deputies say he repeatedly used a stolen credit card to rack up charges.
Caleb Joshua Fannin, 22, of Culloden is charged with six counts of fraudulent use of an access device, burglary and petit larceny.
Deputies say Fannin used a bank card that was not his for minimal purchases such as a candy bar or can of soda and got cash back, racking up hundreds in cash.
Then in July, deputies say he was caught on camera breaking into a home on Aynessa Lane in Culloden where he allegedly stole two PlayStations and numerous video games, totaling close to $1,000s.
Fannin remains in the Western Regional Jail on $85,000 bond.
