The future is looking brighter for dozens of dogs found living in deplorable conditions in Logan County.
The rescue group S.A.F.E. or saving animals from euthanasia, rescued the animals and are already placing them in foster homes. More than half of the animals have been placed, and the rest have been taken to the Logan County Dog Pound.
The dog pound is at capacity so rescuers are urging the community to take action and help find these dogs new homes.
