Former Lincoln County Commissioner Thomas Ramey Jr. pleaded guilty Wednesday morning to a federal charge brought as a result of a Lincoln County voter fraud investigation.
The plea hearing was at the Robert C. Byrd U.S. Courthouse in Charleston before Federal Judge Thomas E. Johnston. Ramey could get up to five years in prison on the charge. He will be sentenced Nov. 15
