West Virginia American Water has lifted a precautionary boil water advisory for residents in the Cabin Creek area of Kanawha County.
If you live in the Cabin Creek area of Kanawha County, you may need to boil your water.
West Virginia American Water has issued a precautionary boil water advisory for about 50 customers in the area near Leewood Road and areas south that have experienced a disruption to their service Wednesday morning.
The advisory comes after a power outage to a booster station, which in turn drained a water storage tank.
Residents in those areas are asked to boil their water until further notice.
