Shawn Lester enters the courtroom...a day after he granted a jailhouse media interview.
That did not sit well with Kanawha County Circuit Judge Duke Bloom...who called this special hearing to order...and then met at the bench with Lester and attorneys on both sides for nearly 20 minutes.
Following the mostly one-sided conversation, Bloom let everyone know what he was upset about.
Bloom did not limit his order to Lester, officers of the court and potential witnesses in the case.
Several family members of the sniper victims attended the hearing...and Bloom had marching orders for them as well.
Bloom says he expects both sides to be ready to start when jury selection gets underway Monday morning at 8:30.
