Following an outcry from parents, child care providers and other child advocates Governor Tomblin has chosen to lift a freeze on new parents entering the states subsidized child care program. That freeze was set to take place one week from today. But hundreds of parents still face rising co-pays and elimination from the program entirely.... of which many are still calling a child care crisis.
