One person is dead after a plane crash in Meigs County, Ohio.
The single engine plane crashed in a wooded area near Zion Road and Ohio Route 143 around 11:30am Friday.
Witnesses say the plane was flying very low and stalled in the area.
The pilot, 72-year-old Gerald Chamberlain, was found dead on the scene. Chamberlain is from Raeford, North Carolina.
Federal agencies have been called in to investigate the crash.

Emergency crews are on the scene of a plane crash in Meigs County, Ohio.
Ohio State Highway patrol officers tell Eyewitness News the plane was found just before 1:30pm Friday along Zion Road near Ohio 143 -- that's in the Rutland Township area.
