A Kentucky aluminum plant is having the same trouble as Century Aluminum -- power rates.
Now the company says it's future is at risk because talks have broken down with it's power company Big Rivers Electric Corp.
Henderson-based Big Rivers says the Hawesville smelter in Hancock County, consumes vast amounts of power and a lower rate would help their company with fluctuating aluminum costs.
