A Cabell County nurse is charged with prescription fraud after troopers say she forged prescriptions for illegal drugs.
Court documents say Christy Rose, 33, of Huntington worked as a nurse at HIMG in Barboursville for seven years, and fraudulently obtained prescriptions for Hydrocodone and Xanax for herself and her two sons.
