A family in Jackson County is taking steps to get the power company's attention.
This is a sign at the mouth of Windell Ridge Road in Ripley.
People here haven't had power since the first storm hit 10 days ago.
Beverly Counts made this sign because she feels frustrated and forgotten.
She says she and her family can't afford to survive any longer without electric.
Their generator, which they need to keep her disabled husband's medicine cold, is running on empty.
Power restoration in Jackson County is expected by Wednesday.
