It's almost over, but it did not look it in Kanawha City this afternoon. Appalachian Power expects to have its customers back on line by Tuesday after a series of major storms that began June 29th.
The latest gutted power restoration efforts Sunday.
Hallie Mason's house was at the center of it Monday after a tree crushed it and cut power to a wide section of Kanawha City.
It was a cleanup day after a car crushing ---and home wrecking Sunday in Charleston. Standup. SOT. Linemen don't want to make a mistake at the end.
Remaining trouble spots include Raleigh, Fayette and parts of Kanawha County. In Charleston, Bob Aaron, Eyewitness News.
